We do not offer refunds on custom made products.
Warranty on any headlights will be handled as follows.
Customer will provide pictures and diagnosis of problem with headlights.
All necessary photos shall be emailed to RGVPROLIGHTING@GMAIL.COM
Photos sent through social media can not be used for warranty purposes
Warranty on custom headlights is 1 year
Any modification of components including wiring will void the warranty
Between 1-30 days shipping label will be provided only for the warranty part
Between 30-90 day customer shall be responsible for shipping warranty parts in. Return shipping covered under warranty
After 90 days customer shall be responsible for shipping and return shipping Please include return label and a included insurance
if problem can be solved with a replacement part , we shall send a replacement part at no charge.
Any item over $50 USD shall require shipping og items from test and replacement.
Substitute headlights or units SHALL NOT be sent out without receiving warranty part first
Misused or improperly installed items SHALL NOT be covered under warranty
If pictures show probability of misuse or improper installation parts, labor and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
We accept authorized returns on unused products for 30 days after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new factory, resalable condition. It must arrive unused and un-damaged in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. A 20% restocking fee shall be applied to the refund
If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance.
Policy Damage Policy - We cover shipping damage.. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery.
